What follows is an update on the construction of our Kirtan Hall / Temple in Murwillumbah.

Put simply, it's a two-stage plan. First we will do a kirtan hall big enough to seat 60 or more people which we will use to start coming together NOW for kirtan and programs, when it's needed. The second stage is to embark on the main building.

Two individuals have each made donations of $25,000, and both wanted to see what we would do with that before giving significantly larger amounts. It would go a long way to impressing our potential donors if they can see that we have completely paid off a block of land and erected an attractive and useful kirtan hall - from funds raised within our own group, and with no debt burden......

Dec 24- Dec 31 Mbah

Jan 1 - Jan 13 Sydney

Jan 14 - Jan 16 Brisbane

Jan 17 - Jan 21 Mbah

Jan 22 - Jan 22 Brisbane

Uma Didi will be leaving on Jan 23

Please note that Sripad Nemi Maharaja will also be in Australia during this time. He will be doing a seminar in Brisbane - we are trying to organise that the moment. Once we have that - we will better idea when he has to be in Brisbane.

Approximate Dates

Dec 15 - Jan 19?? Brisbane/Mbah

Jan 20 - Jan 27 Sydney

There will be periods when Maharaj and Uma Didi will be in the same location - particularly during Christmas period when they will both be in Murwillumbah. We wil just have to coordinate both programs.

There may be opportunity for Maharaja to do sankirtana in Byron Bay / Lismore with the devotees in Murwillumbah.

totally buzzing with good news already, added a couple more notes today as news arrived that travelling kirtaneers Kishori Mohan prabhu and Sudevi didi are scheduled to visit Murwillumbah & Brisbane in late December/early January.

.....which, as we know, is closer than we think....

Sripad Bhaktivedanta Damodar Maharaj will visit Australia next February.
